Dental insurance is a contract between you and your Dental Insurance
Company.
As a service to you, we will file a claim and accept assignment
from your insurance company. At the time services are rendered we
will ask you to pay an estimated out of pocket. We base our estimate
on information we get from your insurance company but with so many
variables we can only estimate your share. When your insurance
company pays, they send an explanation with the payment and at that
time your account is updated which may generate a balance or a
credit. Therefore, you should not be surprised if a bill or a check
arrives at a later date. Costs not covered by insurance are your
responsibility. |
